I really enjoy this game but I really hate the fact that I only gain money when I have the app open, its really annoying

I dont get it. I just paid to get gold then the game crashes on me. Ive sent tech support an email but they havent responded. I just want my money back

I have spent an ungodly amount of time on this game, and now that I hold both #1 spots on game center, I can tell you with full certainty that it is nothing but a colossal waste of time.
